Questions You Might Have
Do I need to be a certain age to use PhonicsMaker?
Yes β you must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. PhonicsMaker is designed for teachers, parents, and educators to create content for children, not for children to use directly.
What happens to my account if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. Any PDFs you've already downloaded are yours forever. After that, your account remains but you won't be able to generate new content until you resubscribe.
Can I use PhonicsMaker content commercially?
You can use our tools for personal and educational purposes, including selling printed materials through TPT or providing them to tutoring clients. What you can't do is repackage our AI output as your own competing software product.
What if I forget to cancel my free trial?
That's exactly why we have the 14-day money-back guarantee. If you were charged and didn't mean to continue, just email us and we'll refund you. No questions asked.
How do I report an issue with the service?
Email support@phonicsmaker.com anytime. We're a small team, but we take every message seriously and typically respond within 24 hours.
We're Building This for Educators
PhonicsMaker exists because of teachers, parents, and tutors who believe every child deserves to learn to read. These Terms exist to protect you and the community we're building together. Thank you for being part of it.
