Our Commitment
PhonicsMaker is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.
Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities. Conforming to these guidelines helps make the web more user-friendly for everyone.
Measures We Take
- Keyboard navigation support across the entire application
- Visible focus indicators for interactive elements
- Descriptive alternative text for images and media
- Semantic HTML and appropriate ARIA attributes
- Proper heading hierarchy on all pages
- Respect for user motion preferences (
prefers-reduced-motion) - Skip-to-content link for keyboard users
- Labelled form controls and navigation landmarks
Known Limitations
Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, there may be some limitations. The following areas are under active improvement:
- Some auto-playing demo videos do not yet include captions or transcripts. We are working to add these.
- Generated PDF content may not be fully accessible to screen readers. We are exploring tagged PDF output.
